Minnesota used to have the best ones, they were super bendy to the point where people in other states often thought they were fake. Unfortunately they don't make that kind anymore, due to new federal regulations

I don't know about best looking but most interesting looking to me is Arizona. Their licences don't expire till age 65 and you only have to submit a new photo every 12 years. So you could be 30 years old and your photo is of a teenager.
I could’ve given a credible opinion on this 20ish years ago when I was a grocery store cashier in a college town, so I saw a ton of out of state licenses.
Nowadays, I don’t even remember the last time I saw a license from another state.
