Don't underestimate this card. This is, in most cases, literally all you need to play your games comfortably. People on the Internet (mostly YouTube) made us think 1 FPS difference is a world of difference, and 30 FPS is a crime, it fucking isn't. It's fine and I've never minded it. I bought the RX 6600 from Facebook market place for $100 and it's been fantastic, and I play on a 4k monitor. You don't have to pay an arm and a leg to have fun, brother. The 4070 Ti SUPER is the best valued card of the whole 40 series with more RAM over 4070 Ti and a wider bus over the 4070 Ti. You did excellent.
Does it come with turbo muchni processor cores? Mine has 512TMPC's.

Check out Quake 2 RTX when you have a second. I know everybody is all about benchmarking Cyberpunk, but man, will Q2RTX give you buyers' squee for zero money.

Is there a reason you did not wait for like a couple weeks for the new cards to come out?
I had to pull the trigger based on price. I knew there was no way I would be able to get in on the MSRP level of the new cards. Too many scalpers.
One of my biggest regrets when purchasing pc components was not buying a 2080 two weeks before the 3080 came out. I ended up stuck with my rX 5700xt in my new build for like 2 years until prices came back down.
i mean during covid, 5700xts were extremely valuable for mining, why not sell it then?
Yeah, I think at the peak 5700 where $800-1000 while 3080 where like 2.4k. Things where crazy lol
It's a paper launch anyway, and it's been two gens since mass upgrades made old cards dirt cheap. 4090s are still running higher than MSRP two days before the next gen comes out. It's a good call if you got a good price based on today's market.
Yeah, I'd do the same if I needed a card with the price being good, uncertain supply, and potential tarrifs. Been multiple generations since a GPU has had a launch where stuff is available, didn't have scalpers, and then price hikes.
No more evga around either to be able to reserve a spot online to buy at retail price without having to fight bots and camp out at stores.
