I'm a big fan of the work that The Trevor Project and Transgender Law Center have done, and definitely recommend them highly.

There's Ronald Mcdonald's House Charity. I know they're reputable because my grandma and I stayed at one while I was getting cancer treatment. If it wasn't for them, I may not be here right now.
we have a big list of them on our resource page; i haven't gone through and pruned recently, but there are a lot of orgs worthy of the time and money on the list
I've previously donated to SVSC
Personally I'd recommend taking a look around your local area and consider donating to any of the following places:
- lgbtq+ support/transition centres like Skipping Stone
- victims of sexual violence support centers
- planned parenthood/abortion clinics
I'd mostly recommend fo donate locally as they're the most likely to be beneficial for you, on the other hand you could donate to remote locations as doing so can act like remote backups
