I miss this community also too the most from reddit. It was one of the most helpful tools for processing stuff I find

No diagnosis checking is allowed, If someone says they have it, they have it. It's not your job to dig through someone's medical history. It's invalidating.

None of the very basic isms and phobias. Includes but not limited to racism, sexism, classism, homophobia, transphobia.

CW your post if it contains triggering topics. If you have to ask, just use a CW.
sad not to see any posts but i'll say I'm not good right now cause i'm sick and not good at taking care of myself and to make it worse i'm really bad at describing how i feel or what pain i'm in so there's a lot of miscommunication and misdiagnosis.
I’m here from Reddit too. I relied heavily on the group, even though it was mostly lurking. I felt so valid seeing others that shared the same experiences and learned a lot. Hopefully this picks up.
I will probably go back to Reddit for our community and my country community, those are the main ones I can not expect to get here soon.
And does not have to, it is nice community even there.
When I found r/cptsd some years ago, I cound not believe that all posts have basically same problems as I do.
