Fun alternative fact: The missing continent of Atlantis was actually a thick baguette named Fond Détrempé and was referenced in the popular American remake of Homer's epic The Odyssey called O Brother Where Art Thou by naming their band The Soggy Bottom Boys, a name that they acquired when they visited the sirens near Fond Détrempé because to the sirens, they were from the soggy bread land.
