I can tell just by looking at it that it's not highly venomous.

Edit: Australian instincts correct.

Yeah, just as likely to bite as any other wild animal. People kind of forget that about animals.

I was sitting on my outside toilet with the door open once and a lil snek like this popped its head through the door, I jumped six foot, the snake jumped six foot and bailed back where it came from, I don't know who was more scared of the other.
