A new concept from Hyundai's parts division, Hyundai Mobis, developed in partnership with optics specialists Zeiss, aims to transform your entire windshield into one massive display. Dubbed the "Holographic Windshield Display," it takes the modest head-up displays we've seen for decades and dramatically expands their scope.

“We have determined that we’ll be able to fill 80% of the user’s display with advertising before inducing seizures”

What, just even more distractions? No thanks.

Yes, let's put all this extra stuff on your windshield so you can't see and crash. Please buy another of our cars now that you need a new car. Also, heads up display doesn't work well with sunglasses, something i cant drive without during daytime.

To be fair, if Jack Dohertys' kick chat would have been on his windshield, at least he would have been looking slightly outside

Just imagine a BSOD covering your whole windscreen while driving

You'd probably still drive better than some.

That's nice, but what I really want a car to do is drive me where I tell it to, so I don't have to pay attention to any of that stuff.

That's even worse.
