How do you find using a square pan like that? All of mine (except the grill pan I never use) have been round and it seems like food would get stuck and stuff. Do you use it on a gas stove?

To be honest, I only use it for either baking or as a fryer (has taller walls than my other pans). My "daily drivers" is a GSW N° 8 and a Wagner 1891 10½".
Nice! That makes sense.
That looks delicious! Interesting skillet too...most square ones I've seen have the handle on one of the sides, not the corner.
