This has always been functionally impossible at the current understanding of science, even with superconductors. There's nothing to "push off of", unless you can invent literal anti-gravity technology, which afaik, is impossible.
Sure, the Earth has a magnetic field, but it can barely move a compass needle. It can't even lift a single gram of weight, much less some dude and a board.
You need a rocket in the bottom to be able to fly around freely. Or you'd be limited to keeping it inside a special area made just for it, using electromagnets.
Just replace all roads, sidewalks, and building interior floors with magnets. Easy.
Well, they did verify that there have been UFOS of nonhuman origin, and the Air Force verified those videos of “impossible movement” from said nonhuman crafts are real. So it’s entirely possible our understanding of physics is severely lacking. And this part is less verified, but there have been untold accounts of UFO sightings where there is no sound of combustion. So who knows

Our understanding of physics is well understood to be severely lacking, this is why we've been searching for things like a Unified Theory for a solid century now. Because we haven't found it yet. This does not require UFOs at all. It's the reason we invest billions, not millions, into gigantic atom smashers and fancy-ass space telescopes.
Also, any UFO could potentially have access to a whole shitload of different maybe-possible propulsion mechanisms. They don't need anti-gravity, people just like that one because it sounds cool. It's more likely they'd be creating their own gravity, maybe keeping around a big blob of dark matter or something. Who knows? Lots of possibilities.
