Has anyone actually ever successfully jumped in front of a bullet for someone else? Or is that just from movies?
I think the closest thing was that Secret Service guy when Hinckley shot Reagan.
Reagan still got shot though
people just say that whenever someone bodyblocks a bullet. depends how litigious you want to be about the definition of 'jump'
