What's your favorite easy/lazy meal prep with mainly Costco ingredients? Mine is a creamy chicken pesto pasta:

Cook chicken breast in a pan while boiling short pasta
Simmer together heavy cream and Kirkland pesto
Combine cooked pasta, chicken, sauce, sun dried tomatoes (that huge jar in the sauce aisle), and mix in gorgonzola/blue cheese if you have it. Serve with parmesan and pepper.

The easiest one for me to to slap one of those giant pork butts on the smoker for 15 hours and make some pulled pork.
