I stg I thought the Dem plan was to have her push him down the stairs a month after the inauguration, and I'm flabberghasted that no one palace coup'd him in all this time.
Maybe they were banking on him winning the second term before offing him and subbing in Kamala. That plan clearly has fallen apart.
They wouldn't have immunity for that crime (since it was performed while VP). However once they become president they could just pardon themselves.
