No it wasn't, but this might be (cw discussions of kink)
They do not, the kink play involves adopting however many aspects that are doglike--leashes, headpats, tail plugs, appropriate toys, any number of other things--to flavour your kink play between two (or more) consenting adults, to inhabit a specific submissive space. It is domination & submission with bonus sauce, the goal being many potential things, like simply being able to forget about anything more complicated than being someone's pet, safely, sanely and consensually. This cannot be equated to sexually assaulting an animal which cannot consent and intellectually is not on the same level as humans, at all. To equate them to any degree is still cringe.Also, if you consider this to be an inappropriate place to discuss kink, consider not kinkshaming, randomly, without any prompting.
