Top left, plus Gravity Screen so it can't wake up and do silly things.

Gravity screen seems to be too old for my version of Android :(

That's annoying. I can't immediately find a replacement. Maybe Google has done something that prevents further development.

I'll attempt to contact the author for more info and will reply here if I can find this post again :)

This is the most correct answer, because it results in the phone being in the correct orientation in your hand when you take it out. fite me.
