I always thought ice cream as a binge eating food was kinda odd, it'll just upset your stomach after a couple servings. Catch me with a big bowl of popcorn or maybe chips

You gotta switch out between your favorite savories and the pint of B&J's in the freezer.

  • Have a couple bites of ice cream, back to the kitchen to switch to nachos.
  • Eat some nachos, go get more ice cream.
  • Consider whether it's advisable to swap your bedside table for a mini-fridge.
  • Repeat.
