Surveillance states and mobile recording devices in everyone's pocket, plus a media machine that portrays any violence done as barbarism means that the people delivering haymakers to skinhead fucks are no longer safe themselves

Could go the Black Panther route, just have someone be armed and tell them to leave without actually hurting them. They're cowards and won't go to places they feel threatened.

The "en masse" part is pretty important to this whole thing.
