A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

MODERATORS
Not my opinion, but from what I'm seeing it seems more like in this thread: Left = Good, Right = Nazis
Seems to be the American thing of pretending all the members of the party you don't like are extremists and all the members of the party you do like are moderates
Not even Putin, a lot of politicians (including both American parties) want that. Their primary purpose is not to improve the lives of their citizens, but to protect the interests of the rich.
Don't forget continuing problems rather than fixing them and pushing propaganda that keep their voters perpetually enraged to manipulate them for their votes so they can give themselves another raise, commit insider trading, continue getting lobbied to, etc. You know, career politician scumbag shit.
