Denouncing is different from state sanctions. How biden has implicated that he opposes this bill according to the BBC https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cm5512l7yero

In the interest of learning, the ICC is not a state actor, so what exactly is the difference in this case?

EDIT: The sanction is actual travel and economic restrictions on members of the ICC. "Denounce" is the typical posturing. For those who care...

His words mean absolutely nothing. Biden will let the both-sides theater play out when convenient. When the both-sides theater does not favor israel Biden will bypass congress and use slimy loopholes to send israel weapons.

In earlier words Biden has already denounced the ICC and said they were not going to follow the arrest command. Called the ICC outrageous and simped for Netanyahu. Some lip-service to wash his bloody hands with now doesn't magically make him innocent.

If Biden truly cared about international law he'd be doing everything in his power to prevent these sanctions from becoming reality. But he's too busy bypassing congress to build his Trump wall against immigrants.

If his words mean nothing then stop posting his words denouncing the ICC as proof he supports these sanctions. Let me know if he signs it.

His words you quoted mean nothing as they are even contradicted by his earlier statement.

If he signs it will you support a third party instead of Joe Biden?

Ha why not. In fact I'll go further. I just donated 200 dollars to humanitarian aid in gaza. I half thought about making it on the condition of him signing this bill, but then I thought it would be cruel for them to never receive it. It helps more than denying the reality of any differences between parties. After all of we can accept that reality why would they try to go any further?

Putting your money where your mouth is. That is one of the best flexes I've seen today. Well done!
