To disable it in about:config

browser.search.serpEventTelemetry.enabled  =  false	
browser.search.serpEventTelemetryCategorization.enabled  =  false

Confirmed. I just turned it off. It’s possible that LibreWolf never sends telemetry regardless of how this is set; I have no idea.
