Enterprise / Pro don't need subscriptions. There are subscriptions, but you can also purchase a straight up license

You can get Pro from Amazon https://www.amazon.co.uk/Windows-Pro-Activation-Code-email/dp/B0BDRW28CW/ There are lots of places to purchase Pro keys that are cheaper though. I find the cheaper keys to be a little sketchy though.
Enterprise is for volume purchases only, so there won't be a link I can share.
