Gyms must be so bad in terms of CO2 levels. Sometimes I go in at a late hour and it feels hard to breathe compared to normal.

I wonder how much of that is real vs your brain making things up.

This is definitely a thing in the motorcycle helmet world, so I wonder if it ever becomes a commercial product to test this kind of thing.

I don’t think I made it up. Before watching this video I noticed the air quality was worse just based off observation alone. Some gyms have poor ventilation and with all those people breathing out CO2 over the course of a day it’s not so crazy to think it’s compounding.

I can say for certain it’s a thing in small unventilated apartment gyms which I have used before. They looked and felt a lot like this guys biochamber by evening.
