For me it was Jeff Kinney. I was meeting a different author I love, but there wasn't enough room downstairs and we had to go up. Turns out that's exactly where Jeff Kinney works! He's the author who got me into reading so I thought that was so cool

That would be Rogue and the rest of The Crüxshadows, they were touring in Europe around 2004/05, and while the club they used to play at didn’t have space for famous bands any more after they changed locations, they had a free day between a Denmark concert and their next one in Germany, so they came for a meet & greet that was supposed to last until 10pm and stayed till around 3am.
