I’ve gotta say that lemmy is the only place I’ve ever even heard of the concept of tipping landlords and I flat out refuse to believe it exists
It doesn't. < 10 minutes with DuckDuckGo says that it was invented by a couple of landlords on TikTok who admitted they were trolling.
Ah, well happy to say I don’t use TikTok
TikTok is for kids or low-iq persons anyways
Its a meme, no one in there right mind would tip a landlord. The concept of the meme is the same as boomers saying don't eat so much avocado on toast.
