Hmm, I guess I can see it that. While ghost battles never become the main focus, thankfully, there are a few more action heavy chapters later on as well, which would probably be just as annoying for you as this one. Not many of them, sure, but that's a perfectly valid reason to drop it - there's no reason to suffer through something you don't enjoy.
