Didn't humans use to live thousands of years in our ancient stories?
People lived hella long in the early parts of the Bible, though IIRC, Methuselah, who was the longest lived, was only about 900 or something. But I guess he also never technically died? It just says he was taken to heaven.
Not those fancy tales, I mean the mesopotamian kings who used to live for thousands of years.
