Take On Me because the rotoscoping work is amazing, and now more movies need to embrace it.
Turbo Killer because it has fast cars, violence, and Satanism
Dude, Turbo Killer DID get turned into a movie!! Carpenter Brut & Seth Ickerman did a ~30 min followup to Turbo Killer called Blood Machines. The plot and acting are awful. But the aesthetics are really good.
I love me a movie that can carry itself through aesthetics alone!
Sick! Amazing that there's music videos and movies like this out there. The music is awesome as well. Thank you both for sharing!
Both are good choices. Take On Me would be an iconic 80's movie and Turbo Killer would be B-movie gold.
