No it's against slavery, which is unpaid labour for people who will most likely mistreat and abuse you. It's clearly very different.

Slavery is when the slave owner is mean. Its not slavery when the slave owner is nice

Unpaid work is abuse, unless everyone in the organization is also voluntary.

It’s a charity so chances are very few people there get paid.
