That's what I'm saying. Like they just cancelled a bunch of games and closed a bunch of studios, on-top of layoffs at the studios they kept. We'll also putting good ips out to pasture. I'm not getting their game plan either.

They had a semi firm 2 billion cash injection from the Saudis lined up, so they went nuts buying and buying. That 2 billion deal fell apart, so now they are gutting the golden goose for meat just to keep fed.

Now it all makes sense. Didn't realize they were making deals with the Saudis. What was it for? I doubt games lol.

Ostensibly it was, to my knowledge. MBS has been throwing Saudi money around to try to diversify away from oil and improve international perception of SA.

And Embracer is a Nordic company, aren't they? They used to be called THQ Nordic. Not looking good there either.
