But why though. I understand some folks might have a need to run an old OS, but why are you even thinking about attaching them to the internet?
I'm not sure. But as this is retrocomputing, I think "because we can" is often a good enough reason for people to make old things work again :)
Because itβs fun and sometimes just has to be done π
Because manually downloading and installing the updates might require too much manual intervention, I guess.
And this would, I assume, save you the trouble of figuring out which updates you need.
