It's on my list for a while. I wonder, is there something more accessible that can replace the Chartreuse taste-wise? I have a couple of different herbal liqueurs like Jägermeister and Becherovka to name a few.
Here is an excellent dive into alternatives. I've picked up a few and am experimenting at the moment. Can't wait to see what people come up with!
I haven't been fortunate enough to find a bottle of green chartreuse near me, but I got a bottle of Genepy to use in last words and was pleased with how it turned out. Genepy can be good on it's own too if you're in that kind of mood.
