hibernation csn perfectly suspend games and bring them back. I have a ton of windows handhelds, no issues

It's not the article's fault, the full details of the device will be announced at CES. It's almost definitely Windows though.

On a side-note, I wouldn't be surprised if it's supported by Bazzite early on.
