How do you pin posts, and other questions (kbin.social)

I've a few questions:

If I'm a mod, how do I pin threads?
Can I create threads automatically? Like an automatic daily or weekly threads?
Can I automatically delete old posts?

1.) More -> Moderate -> Pin
2.) There is no post scheduler at this point in time, but would be an excellent feature for sure.
3.) Not currently.
