Literally with ideas like this what other thing is there to do than to just get rid of them? Like no I’m not doing that, no one should do that. Sleep habits and how they affect the human body and psychology is one of the most understudied things in science I would think. Why would you complicate it with this shit?

Sleep is important, it’s the only time your body repairs and builds itself really. Don’t fuck with it.

i'm convinced the elite have never moved on culturally from feudalism. sad that they lucked into access to advanced technology they had no business touching.
