I have an account that was used for very limited streaming to a couple of artists. Spotify placed it at Estonia for some reason. None of the artists I listened to are even close to the general area.

It's not based on the artist's locations, but where the listeners for the artists are.

One of the top artists you're listening to prob has a lot of listeners in Estonia

My wife got Oslo, Norway and her top artists were Spanish music and the most poppiest of American pop music. Is cumbia a popular genre in Norway?

Oh ok. Either way, I don't think any of my top artists has a lot of fans there. lol. But if spotify says so, then so be it.

Edit: I use that account to test music from artists that I manage the distribution for. So I can literally see the demographics of listeners from the distribution platform and Estonia is not even in the top 20 of countries where listeners come from.
