I would if I could. Although I have never seen a physical black page with white letters so perhaps it would be more difficult to read, who knows

Yeah, we dont really have much white ink nor black pages to make a proper book sale

That said, you can buy black copy paper and white toner, so it's possible to DIY this if you want to self-publish.
