But that's not caused by ADHD. These days everyone seems to think they have ADHD or some kind of food tolerance. Without knowing what it really means to actually have those.
That's absolutely a symptom of an executive dysfunction disorder, which ADHD is.
How is this not an example of executive function deficit and the associated burnout?
That's a bit reductive. ADHD might explain parts of it, or it might not. The cause here is just assumed.

Reading that, it cerianly mentions ADHD a lot. Doesn't mean that's the only explanation.
