I use this one, no ads, no nags: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/477725-youtube-iframe-adblocker . With this, YT's anti adblocker runs underneath, running into the void. Although it does not record the videos you have already seen. As said Fuck YT

Or just use ubloco origin with firefox. Always worked for me
