just the struggle session, i heard they were more or less frowned upon.
Disagreeing with people isn't frowned upon up until people stop actually arguing and just hurl abuse at each other because the valid points they have have been exhausted and everyone starts getting emotional. That's when people are encouraged to "disengage".
