Deutsche Bank, since its conception, has been one of the most corrupt financial institutions in the world. Their entanglement with russia, or any corrupt, anti-democratic, authoritarian regime really, is deeply rooted in their institutional structure and constitutes a large part of their business model.

There was also a series called "Bad Banks" from German Public Television which is fictional but the Bad Bank portrays Deutsche. It's quite good for a German show and available on Netflix
