In April 2023, the management of Nestlé Russia LLC asked the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to take the necessary measures to restrict public access to the results of operations and financial statements of the company’s subsidiaries, the NACP says on its website, adding that "the purpose of this step was likely to avoid imposing sanctions on Nestle’s subsidiaries".

Nestle is represented in the Russian Federation through Nestle Russia LLC. The company paid more than USD 25 million in profit taxes as of 2021. Nestle has not published data on its income and taxes paid for 2022, most likely fearing international pressure, the NACP says.

I hated Nestle before, and my opinion hasn't changed. They're one of the worst offenders when it comes to child labor and unsafe working conditions

They also staged "nurses" advising women against breast feeding so they would buy baby formula. Formula that was tainted and subsequently killed children.

That alone should have this piece of shit company be dismantled and the people involved directly jailed for a long time

And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Their actions also led to numerous (child-)deaths in the past.
