Sorting by controversial. It became an unhealthy habit for me. Almost like I was enjoying my anger.

Outage and anger are genuinely addictive. It's why there are so many outrage bait posts on Reddit, it keeps people engaged and looking at advertising.

absolutely, emotions can be addicting. anger isn't a primary emotion thought, it's an emotional response to another emotion. ie: fear is nothing but frustration, fear and hurt.
