Throw in an extra 60k and you get a 3 room apartment in the center of Tallinn with a balcony and a view across the whole city.

there are many American cities where you can buy a 3 bed house for that price (Eg Atlanta)

Tallinn is the capital so that's where the prices are highest here.

I know someone who is selling a pretty central two-room appartment in Tartu for 133.000€. And depending on the district, I'd personally rather live in Tartu than Tallinn. 🤔

The prices in Estonia have gone up like crazy these past few years.
