Does anyone know if there is a way to run an immediate check instead of waiting for it to get detected while sleeping?

I don't believe there's a native method of checking the spO2 readings. You can find them in the sleep section of your Fitbit app by tapping on your specific sleep session and scrolling down below your Sleep Stages and Time Spent in Each Stage. It should be a line graph.
