He claims what he is proposing is "less morally questionable" yet in the very next line he states he wants something "truly horrible" and "evil itself." 
You have to imagine the person who is still into Star Citizen is just the worst person imaginable
They got like half a billion dollars, or a billion dollars, in funding. The people who are invested in this game enough to use the forums are likely sex cultist pedophiles in Silicon Valley or “cultural critics” or “philosophers” who post about how scary it would be if Siri came to life and went on a murder rampage
They want a godlike slave to obey their every whim and the pathology of that contradiction is like a metaphor for capitalism: they crave the adoration and worship of they who by all rights should destroy them.

That cool thing about 20 years ago was Freelancer, and Freelancer only came out because Chris Roberts was kicked off the project because of micromanaging bumbling and scope creep. Like Star Citizen that came after.
