The vast majority of the time, I can only see the overall karma score on my comment. But occasionally, I can see exactly how many times it was upvoted vs downvoted. This happens across multiple instances, not just a single instance, but it is very uncommon.

Yes, I too have the same question.

Also, another thing is that the number of upvotes keeps on changing on the posts. Like for example in this post, at one moment it is showing 794 upvotes, after 2-3 seconds it shows 25 votes, after sometime 8 votes and so on. The number changes randomly.

I noticed this as well, although I'd imagine the wildly changing number of votes are due to glitches with the large influx of new users.

This site has a lot of glitches right now. One thing I have noticed is sometimes it takes a minute to properly register an upvote. For example, I'll click and it will disappear. Click again, disappear...repeat a couple more times and it finally registers. And God help you if you're trying to upvote multiple comments at once.

Every new endeavor has hiccups at first. When Disneyland opened in 1955, nothing worked.
