I can't defend his stance on CSAM/statutory rape and I'm sure as hell not going to try. I can ignore his quirky shit. Not this.

He's made some amazing contributions to the world of computing though, both in code and community.

It leaves my view on the man quite polarised.

He doesn't have any controversial "stance" anymore, he has many times taken back the things he said and he has apologised often.
