The world is pretty shit right now and it can be pretty tiring and heavy. So I've decied to make a daily post for us to share GOOD things that happened recently, whether that's a bigger picture good thing or a small, personal good thing.

In a few weeks, I'll be starting a new stage of my life in a very different place, hopefully for the better. Moving is never easy, and for all I know it will cut down on my posting here by a lot, but I look forward to it. I have had a lifetime's worth of California already. 
Are you finally getting out of Silicon Valley? I get the feeling life is hell there for you.

Congrats, seriously. Having lived in the wretched heart of SF, I would not wish it on anyone. I'm also about to do a move, though much less drastic, just a change of apartments. I hope both our moves go well.
