This exact hypothetical is taught in ethics classes. You being a nice SS guard at a camp will reduce the most harm/provide the most utility. Watcha gunna do?
I wonder how liberals would respond if you extrapolated this out to conclude that Vietnam conscripts fragging their commanding officers are Consequentialists.

Yeah but I feel like if I wanted to do something like this i'd join the partizans or defect to the soviets. Too much of philosophy is focusing on vacuums instead of lives.
