For most people their choice of life partner is the most important career decision they will ever make. 500 bucks could be a smart investment if it improves the odds of hooking up with the right person.
lol look guys we found him: the target audience for Tinder's offer
are people seriously looking for life partners on tinder now?
Yes, because meeting people online is convenient, sometimes more realistic than meeting people irl, and sometimes it's the only viable option to meet people, and because tinder is used pretty much everywhere and by a lot of people, it's a better option than other dating sites/apps.
It's a fucking shit app to finding a life partner due to people leaving their bios empty, and a good number of people looking for short term fun, so finding a long term partner comes down to luck.
But for $500 a month you’ll have more luck.
Next year they’ll be introducing the whale tier which will be $1500 a month and they’ll guarantee you at least 37% more luck!
It won't though. Tinder can show their profile to more people but if those people still don't like it, they're not gonna match. For a lot of people, I have to imagine that seeing that someone paid $500 a month for a dating app is going to be a big red flag. I mean, it'll bring in gold diggers, but that's about it.
