Thank you for the response. Perhaps a 4 day work week or less time spent working each day would allow more people to feel like they have enough time to exercise. Taking medication to lose weight seems like a really sketchy way to combat the issue and I would rather focus on health food and exercise as a solution.
Absolutely. We need a new system that prioritizes health over Capital. Unfortunately we need society to change before we can combat obesity. We need to push for better regulation for food companies, they lump out cheap crap and flood the market with it. We need time to think to exercise to experience joy.
There's pollution that causes hormone imbalances. Genetics climate and all sorts that we have zero control over. Forever chemicals in the water we drink, ozone depleting chemicals in the air we breathe, hundreds of different things in our food.
It's huge. And that's likely just the tip of the iceberg.
